Nine years designing products across e-commerce, SaaS, and InsurTech. What I'm actually good at is diagnosing root cause on technically complex products — finding where a funnel really breaks, not where it looks like it breaks.
I started in UX and moved into product direction: problem framing, prioritization, and the business case alongside the design. Co-founding Dimenso brought that scope together. We build virtual try-on for fashion e-commerce — shoppers upload a photo and see themselves in the product — and I set direction, design it, and ship it, having learned enough code to build production front-end with AI tooling.
Working on a product I own end to end taught me to prioritize iteration over perfection, trust user insight over assumption, and be careful about what a number actually proves.
